This wake-up call launched me on a healing journey. Through deep personal work, I discovered that true wellness transcends physical health it demands emotional vulnerability, mental clarity, and spiritual connection. My path led me to become certified as a holistic health and wellness coach and discover the transformative power of breathwork.

Today, I help others prevent burnout and find wholeness through breathwork practices, holistic wellness coaching, and trauma-informed support. As a mother of three, I understand the challenges of balancing personal and professional growth. I work with clients globally, both virtually and in-person, creating safe spaces for transformation.

My purpose is simple: to help others discover and nurture their inherent wholeness, transforming not just what they do, but who they are.
